Chuck, I was told by Regal yesterday that the stock in not trading on the pink sheets any more and it is "negotiated trades" only. So it is up to your broker (or his MM) to trade your shares at the best price he can get. I got two qoutes this morning at the open that seemed to verify it. One bid 7/16 and the other 1/8. So I placed a limit order with both brokers at 7/16 and got filled at one (they say). I think that the buyers today were covering shorts and the brokers and MM that they use were able to buy my shares at a higher price than others. I don't think that MM are buying to inventory (and my understanding is that they are not required to do so since we are off the pinks) DG
