Kerm/ Kappa caught my eye a little while ago & I called for a current investor's package. The pkg. didn't dwell on fundamentals - there's nothing stated re: cash in treasury, cash flows, etc. The Oct. 17 Press Release re: reverse takeover is included & in that there's mention that Kappa has "approximately 17.5 million shares issued and outstanding with working capital in excess of $5.0 million." Are you aware of any other specifics?
