I encourage the free flow of information and am glad that Alan has posed his questions.

HOWEVER, let us NOT be quick to jump to conclusions out of hysteria. We have no idea why the stock was sold. To say that something "smells" does a disservice to the stockholders. Suspicion is ok, but it could be that nothing "smells", expect the scent of profits.

Do your DD, present evidence, and CALL THE COMPANY! Until answers come from the horse's mouth, it is wrong to pass judgment.
