I doubt that they would just be created so that they can make a press release that says that these entities have just signed agreements for products. That would be kind of deceiving wouldn't it? These companies don't seem to currently have products that are in market. Someone said that the market cap was 25M, I think earlier in this thread. I am fascinated at how this number can be justified, other than the fact that there seems to be people currently willing to pay that for their stock.
