I like the strategy outlined. Basically it is sort of a spin-off since each division is it's own company AND CSMA is the parent holding company. BUFF aquires Enviro-Tec, Ad-HaTTers, Coconino Oil&Gas, and LPS Ltd. (which consists of the guts of the Coconino that we all know) and issues 1 share of BUFF for each single share of CSMA held by CSMA shareholders. At this point CSMA shareholders own 95% of BUFF. CSMA is now an empty non-reporting shell with legal problems. Eventually (some point in the far distant future) the CSMA shell will get sanitized and become what BUFF presently is. Kurt
