Earnings -vs- compensation;

>>>American Bingo recently reported record revenues of $12.2 million, net income of $1.7 million and earnings per share of $.23 for 1997. <<<

Am I correct to infer that the "salaries" of the officers of the company (before adding in stock options), account for more than 50% of "all" (supposed) profits?

This is to good to leach off of, too allow it to go under.

I would suggest that "all" options compensation packages (the price was not disclosed) be pegged to the past years high close, given the generous compensation packages.

Even in a drunken stupor, I can't imagine myself making all of the screwed up political decisions that management has made since the first of the year; so why should management be rewarded (in option purchase price) for driving the stock price to ground 0; by either incompetent management, or intentional grounding (in balmy seas)?

I'm reaching my retching point (I'm glad that I'm 25 years older, and management should be ecstatic), as I am getting pretty pissed off.

I don't mind losing money (that's a lie, I hate it intensely) because of my poor judgement; but really hate losing money because others are stealing it from me, and that causes some serious reflection.
