I think a drop from 13 to 6 3/4 speaks for itself.
Besides, an investment is not good just because a successful
investor might have invested in it. Everyone makes mistakes all
the time. Even the best investors make mistakes all the time.
After the merger has been completed you are looking
at a company with sales of 30 mil and market cap of 200 mil,
based on one successful product whose sales are dwindling.
Good Luck!! See ya, wouldnt wanta be ya

P.S. You may have overlooked the following quote from wsj:
"
But a spokesman for Soros Fund Management said the
investment company wasn't involved in White Rock's
decision to acquire the 4Health stake. "White Rock Capital is
one of our outside money managers, meaning we like the way
they invest so we give them money to invest for us," says
spokesman Shawn Pettison. He adds that Soros Fund
Management never comments on its own investments.
"

Notice the wording. The spokeman DOES NOT say "we give White Rock Capital our money and tell them what to do with it". What he
says is " we like the way they invest so we give them money to invest for us".

This does not sound like the Soros fund is making the investment
decisions here. If you cannot see the wrting on the wall from this,
I wont waste my time anymore. It is your money to lose
