Thread - Asensio's next move?? Does anyone know if Asensio still has a short position in Zonagen? He has been quiet for a long time now & I wonder if he'll try to manipulate the stock price again? With the filing of the NDA expected soon, I wonder if he'll time his next bogus release to thwart the bump that the filing would normally cause. Remember, he released the first one the day after the SGP deal was announced. I have some doubts that he is still involved as he has allowed several events to go by without an attack (the patent filing) or a self-congratulatory release (the class action suits). He has been much more diligent with other companies - perhaps his attorneys have advised him that he's gone too far with this one?
