Personal opinion - I think 40k is cheap since it just about markets itself. Show me the dentist who has it and I'm there. I unfortunately have spent too much time at the dentist office and it gets worse every time I have a cavity. I'm tired of the pain of the needle, and perhaps better put, I've developed a fear of the needle. I've gone to the most reputable dentists over the years and it's become a traumatic experience. A tool of this caliber should quickly return the investment, of course I havn't met too many business minded doctors.
