We will all be informed about this, and I hope this takes place in the coming week.>> Mea culpa. I downloaded the S1-A filing last week and it ended up being 124 pages. Haven't got around to reading it yet. My comment was an attempt to rationalise the price action, which is going against the quality of the news releases. There's something going on. My only explanation is something akin to e Reg S or Reg D financing which is causing the selling pressure and severe dilution. Hope I'm wrong, but I'm still baffled by this situation. Do you have the time and number for the conference call? TIA
