Janice, A "Lookie Lou" is a term borrowed from realtors (I think). "Lookie Lous" are people who have a realtor show them house after house (under the guise of a pending relocation), but have no real intention of buying any of them. The inference is that these type of people are just nosey, trying to get a glimpse of someone else's house, life etc... KJC
