Does CIST now own full rights? I have not read the entire agreement but it seems the headlines suggest that the settlement from IMNX is without admission of wrong doing? Does that mean IMNX can continue to use product without further licensing? Or is that included in the settlement? If so, when would it expire and need new licensing? This company better get on the stick and get some press releases out if it wants to contiue to grow. Also, not to spread rumors as I have not researched or verified this, but rumor mill says company execs sold large number of shares in last 90 days. If someone has access and can check further it would be appreciated.
