Monique, I think this registration refers to the conversion of the shares owned by the Regulation D investors to common shares. If these shares were dumped on the market, it would certainly mean dilution. IMO this would be a temporary setback if the projections for 1998 & 1999 prove to be accurate. BTW the summary for 1999 appears to be in error. They show income before taxes as 1.9 million but the correct amount should be 17.2 million according to their projected income and expense figures. So even if the outstanding shares end up at 9 million, that means almost $2 EPS!
