Dear Datek Online Customers,

Thank you for the many postings to this thread regarding the Customer Support Department at Datek Online. I have been an avid reader of this thread and I do take all that is said very seriously.

As mentioned previously, we are working hard at improving the service to meet the needs of our growing customer base, but as I'm sure you all know, the improvements do not simply happen with a flick of a switch. We've improved our training sessions for our reps, added new phone equipment to allow us to measure and load balance our phone traffic, and we're increasing our staffing as quickly as possible.

The purpose of this posting is simple. I'd like to extend an invitation to everyone to post the top three things we should be working on in order to better serve you. (Customer Support related, that is) You can either post it here or send me a private message. I will review each of them and do my best to implement those ideas that make sense. On behalf of all of us in Customer Support, and the entire organization, I'd like to thank you all in advance for your ideas, and I look forward to hearing from you.
