Time Traveller, Re"AMD yield issues":

There is enough circumstantial evidence to suggest that AMD has resolved their .25u yield problems - besides that has been the word in the valley for a while now. From what I've heard, the .25u yield problems were not a design rule issue or an aggressive process issue. Nor was Vin Dham let go because of the process issue, by that token Sanders should have been gone many times over - it was more a totempole issue from all I've heard. Take this for what its worth,

Best Wishes,
- MJ
