LaJolla got into this trouble because of market manipulation of DROM, a stock that went from .08 to $8.00 in a approximately 4 weeks, then back down again. I am still looking forward to a class action law suit against them in order to recover some of my losses on that. The assets of DROM have already been sold off to settle lawsuits against CEO, so company is worthless. Darrell
