Bill-

I sympathize with your dilemma. I too am more involved with computers than I like. I thought I was going to be trading stocks, instead I'm becoming more intimate with the workings of computers than I ever thought I'd be! Phone trades are sounding good to me too!
I had a similar experience with WorldCom, I ordered and then cancelled a frame service when I had a change of plans. They never acknowledged my order or cancellation, and were sending me bills for service two months later!
Satellite service doesn't have a very good track record so far from what I've heard, and it is only good for downlink data feed. You still need a modem (or similar) and a landline connection to send in your orders.
I'm amazed at what Ken Wolff uses to trade. He seems to have a very simple setup, no L2, charts, etc. Sounds like simpler might be better after all!
