C. Carlos,

Is it worth to spend billions of dollar to make sure the drinking water is 100 % safe, and in the mean time we waste 99.9% of it for non-drinking purpose?

It is still possible and practical to produce an affordable POU filter for every person, however, it is not practical to make an POU instrument. Such instrument can not be afforded by most of the smaller water utilities either. They cover a very large population of this country. The profitability is very unclear from my view.

Regarding whether ELTP can make it or not, it depends on if they have got the resources. I did not see that in their last SEC filing. Therefore, I am very cautious about anything that they are talking about in this direction. You need to speak to the scientist they paid $120,000 annual salary. If they really have some good progress, I believe we will hear from them one way or another.

EDI is a technology they know best, I hope they can focus better this time. This was the same problem they had before...did not know how to focus. They have to learn how to turn an useful technology into a practical product, or they are just fooling themselves and/or investors. I have seem too many brilliant scientist/companies failed due to this very simple reason. And, most investors could not distinguish the truth and hype. Truth is that something can be reproduced and/or is practically exists. Hype is something they exaggerate. Too bad, most of the time the truth and hype are indistinguishable until at the end. Good luck my friend.

I will let you know if I find out more. Good investing.

Sincerely,
Wade
