Thanks for the response. I was involved with that particular loss and spent a lot of time up at Colomac. The reason I questioned the comment was that I knew how much the settlement was for. Based on the current conditions I didn't think that it was significant to the survival of the company. I was wondering if there was one that I didn't know about. I know how hard Peggy can push and the type of people that she tries to hire. That is the reason that I invested in the stock in the first place. Now it has become a speculative play, but what the heck? I still believe that if anyone can pull this play off it will be Ms. Witte and friends. Tommy
