ACAP appears to be making the right moves:

Achieved NASDAQ listing.
Stock buy-back.
Attend Cruttenden Roth Growth Stock Conference for exposure.

The corporate officers are big-time shareholders and I would expect them to do anything possible to enhance the share value.

With the share price so low maybe they will consider another buy back. In fact they may already be authorized to buy back some shares.
