Fred Fahmy. Re: Gross margin $ vs. %. Thanx for the reminder. I remember earlier posts from you on that subject. I guess the service thing seemed so far from Intel's core competency that it seemed a bit out of left field. I know that Intel looks for things that are holding up the penetration of PC's, but I didn't thing the "help" area was such a big bottleneck. BWDIK. HL
