I posted on this point several months ago, though it's pointless to try to dig it up through the 30 daily posts here. My point then if I recall it was that as the stock got nearer to $1 there was going to be panic selling by those who knew what came next. Below $1 there would be continued selling as more panic set in.

My point was also that if you BELIEVE in the value this company represents in relation to its stock price, delisting is not such a bad thing, because, as you suggest, they still have the Toronto listing, and Toronto is a listed exchange so no problem.

In fact this could offer a real great panic bottom for anyone looking to buy the stock on the cheap. But is anyone looking to do this?

By the way, I had a laugh reading an old report from Yorkton (I think it was) predicting $18 for Softquad and all this great stuff...and their later sell report was a complete 180. What credibility does that analyst have? His first report was wildly optimistic for no apparent reason, and his later report was wildly pessimistic. The first was proven wrong, and the second might be as well.

Of course, if you don't believe this company has any future whatsoever then even 60 cents on the TSE won't seem like a bargain. I'm going to keep watching anyway.

The financial structure and nomenclature of this company are confusing. They need to simplify operations at least on the public face of it. And they need an injection of capital, which I have no doubt they have been seeking...pretty difficult with their lone analyst dumping all over them like that.
