Well, way up here in Regina Saskatchewan Canada our local telephone company, SaskTel, has just announced availability of ADSL internet access.

They charge a $100 setup fee, and $70/month for unlimited access which includes ethernet card, equipment, and installation. You can use data link and still have phone access.

This is a brand new rollout, just the last week or so, so I expect the price will eventually come down.

Anyone else out there being offered residential, individual user access? What kind of rate are your provides asking?
