Craig, Someone pointed out that of all these net news announcements (there have been close to 60 of them) only 7 law firms have been involved. IMO they think by repeating the same announcement they can hopefully keep the stock price depressed. After all, if Vivus runs back up to the low 20's before the trial, it sure won't look very good for the sharks. I'm hoping the lawsuit gets thrown out of court for lack of merrit. VLAD
