All,
One more thing. MM's can sell naked at will. Calling for your certs
will only prevent "shorters" from shorting your stock. MM's are not stupid and do not like to be naked, but if someone places a market order (not limit) the order has to be filled that day before close
regardless of whether the mm has shares or not. Putting the float in "cert" form will NOT prevent mm's from playing games with the stock price, but it will prevent individuals from shorting. MM's can cover indefinitely by selling shares back and forth.

Calling for your certs is not a bad idea, but it will not stop mm's
from doing what mm's do. It will however prevent others from shorting
your stock.
Sincerely,
Hraka
