" That bears repeating, and so I just did. :) I think the reason that people should be extra-careful about this is obvious - whatever your take on this stock, you have to admit that there is a higher-than-normal probability of an SEC investigation at some point. (Depending on your position, you may consider "higher than normal" to be anything from 1 percentage point higher, to a 99.99 percent certainty...) Keep in mind that you are creating a permanent record here. Ideal evidence. Mr. Hayton seems to draw the attention of regulators and law enforcement officials. Don't unwittingly let yourself get caught in the crossfire.
