I am further researching the "laggards" in the osx overall.... Some that are rarely mentioned are starting to move with lots of upside potential. LSS is looking pretty good...so does the chart. Not moving yet but has possibilities...TBDI biz.yahoo.com does drilling and has no debt. Also does own E & P.
