I intend to vote as follows:

1. No. The two BOD members to be re elected do not own any shares in
in the company. As you say they never voted with their wallets.
Neither did most others and I will vote against them next time.
2. Yes. The company needs to offer incentives to attract new talent
if they are ever to grow.
3. No. I don't want to see any poison pill at this time. If they can't
figure out how to generate revenues/earnings they should sell
the company There is no floor to the B or C class
shares. If the common were to really tank and those were to convert
at that time you would need these millions of extra shares to
accomodate that. Another reason for me to see the company sold before that happens.
4. Yes. It's a done deal.
