Hi Harry. As you know, some companies present interesting educational materials on their internet site. For example, I remember NT had a Telephony 101 document in pdf format last year that I downloaded and looked thru. It has been a while since I visited CSCO's home page. They used to have lots of marketing charts but I found some material that I had not seen before so I decided to share it with you. Also available in pdf.
