Thank you, Chet. If you are a stockholder, you know the $35 million will come from SUNW. Because they are putting their own money into a fibre channel model of Datashare. Fibre channel can be solid copper connectors or laser diode pumped. That relieves ENCC/Gould of their responsibility of non performance.

Then there is the stockholders' class action suit which could pierce the veil, which means Gould operated ENCC as their alter ego. That wipes out the corporate limited liability and acts like proprietorship. Gould becomes liable for ENCC, even if ENCC closed down.

Then, in its last breath, due to national security issue of all the old and new real time computers ENCC built; they get some new orders as buy out, parts and equipment to sustain the government needs for the next ten years. Happens all the time.

Then there are some software new developments which resulted in new products such as ENCC/Y2K that they sold 8-12 units at one exhibit.

Then they could sell into the Rockwell soft automation with Allen Bradley components for factory automation. Rockwell does not make realtime computers which can use windows NT. This will take time to develop; but America needs automation to lower cost of production. Alpha or Pentium will work fine.

Then, then, then,,,,,,
