Vitas: I cannot argue against a further rally. The charts that I posted in note 17871 can all be viewed as bullish. Looking at Europe at this time, we could have a strong opening. Germany is up 4 % and France is up 2% with Britain up over 1%. A rally to mid-month that fails would be just fine. On the other hand, I played with the rally from 7700 on the DJI and added two more legs two it using Fibonnaci numbers. I did not take it seriously but I ended up with a number of 11,500.
