according to the 'morning report' of today (http://fnews.yahoo.com/isdex/98/05/04/morning_980504.html) we have the following possible combinations: NSCP + SEEK = 39.6 m unique monthly users NSCP + XCIT = 42.6 m YHOO acquires NSCP (SW sold to IBM)= 55.9 m the ultimate would be of course YHOO+NSCP+SEEK = 72.1 m unique monthly users !!! I did a quick check of market cap & book values: MCAP BVal NSCP 2.73B 4.38 YHOO 5.44B 2.62 SEEK 1.04B 1 XCIT 1.48B 1.92 Seems that SEEK is the top favourite!!!
