Right, Craig, we are all learning. Let me tell you why I slept well:

What can happen?

1. Everyone calls for certs, shorts cover, price goes up -->we win
2. No one calls for certs, shorts play games, contracts keep coming in, we go NASDAQ, shorts cover -->we win
3. A lot of people buy the stock because of the strength of the investor group, price goes up --> we win
4. Everyone panicks and sells, price goes down, new investors buy up cheap shares, momentum builds, price goes way up --> we win

Looks like a two-headed penny, doesn't it? So why will we always win? Because of the company's fundamentals. If that ever changes for the negative, then I will sell and recommend others to sell.

As I said yesterday, I really don't see the need to call for certs other than to get appreciation a little faster than we would otherwise. So I don't think of it as a big deal.

However, I do see a negative now, I think it was Juanita this morning who talked about other companies where investors called for certs as a sort of desperation move. So this may give people that impression, and it would be unfortunate and wrong. And some people may lose the potential to make huge gains by selling the next Dell or Cisco for seven bucks!

If you own a phony gold mining firm, and the price is going way down because it is crap, then calling for certs may be a last gap measure, and you will end up with paper to cover your walls with. But if you own General Motors, calling for certs does not matter one way or the other to the stock price.

We are not General Motors, we are still a BB stock, so calling for certs may make people think we are not for real. But the reason Byron called for it is because of shorts that can keep us to a 50 cent rise on a contract worth 50 million in revs over 10 years.

Frankly, my dear (not you, Craig :-), I don't give a damn. Let the price stay where it is for all I care. Once those revs come pouring in we will have the lowest P/E in the industry! That means amost no downside, while our dividends pour in! However, how long do you think it will take for the big brokerages to want our shares at a whole lot higher price once they see what we have?

That is why I called for certs initially two or three weeks ago, but did not make a big deal out of it because, frankly, I don't think it is a big deal.
