They charged me more than they should have for trades not once but time after time , I notice now they have a sign on their web page if you are not satisified tell then and you will get your money back , getting 14.95 is one thing but losing a thousand dollars is a other, I had a problem with one stock , they drop the price , I new right then they coughted and told them were a god damn lairs, then later they dropped it again, also their page has to many bells and wistles and takes to long to enter,at peak times , they told me they were working on the problem , this but that doesn't put the money I lost back in pocket, I think they are trying to do something about the screw up but I haven't the time to wait on them, I hope you have better luck than I did, for they are not cheap,( sorry about the spelling) jim
