Then you would rather move the to the pink sheets than be delisted? While I agree the aroma of reverse split may be a bit odoriforous, I do think being delisted from NASDAQ will drive the stock down - some individual (U.S.) investors will not hold pink sheet stocks or rely on the Toronto Exchange. So while I understand and respect your point, I actually hope it is a proxy point OR that SWEBF has chosen to move to the AMEX.....Just MHO.....SemiBull
