I've been out for the last week but here is an email I received from Michael Rapp. The audited financials have been released. Nasdaq is still a ways out. We have Auditors in house now reviewing 9 month numbers so we can file a form 10. (become a reporting company) The money raising is in process now and things are proceeding. I am sorry for taking so long to get back to you, in the future you may want to contact our IR firm. JR Bothe and associates, ask for Jack Bothe 916-786-8664. Thank you for your support! Michael Rapp Doesn't sound great but I still like the company. As long as their fundamentals remain strong as they have in the past, then I'll continue to hold. I only have 2000 shares anyway. With only 1 mil shares in the float, all it takes a some good news to get this thing going. Good luck, Bill
