Correction False reports have been placed on the internet stating that Joey DiFrancesco sold 60,000,000 shares of North American Resorts Inc. (NIAR) to drive the price down to $.01 per share. This is false and erroneous. Mr DiFrancesco is not an officer, director or a consultant of North American Resorts,inc and has no involvement with that corporation in any decision making,administrative or stock sales capacity. In June 1997 North American resorts sold the marketing rights to their vacation club pan to International Resorts and Entertainment Group Inc(IRAE), of which mr DiFrancesco is the CEO, for 1,000,000 shares of 144 restricted common stock and a 5% royalty agreement. That is the total involvement and relationship between the two corporations. The distribution of those shares are the sole responsibility of (NIAR's) Management. H.C. Stone / Harry Stone is not associated with IRAE. WARNING Any person publishing false reports about International Resorts and Entertainment Group or its Management team could be subject to prosecution for libel and slander effective immediately
