Mark, you haven't offended anyone. You started a thread, and promoted your product. Perhaps you were a bit premature, but there's no crime in that.
I didn't see you jump into a thread for the first time, and start screaming and yelling at people you don't know, calling them names, and antagonizing everyone who doesn't follow your (warped) line of thinking.
Listen, we are all human. Sometimes we make mistakes. And, despite some of the people who might have gone too far in flaming you, you can bet they are staying tuned to this thread for your eventual rollout. And to be sure, testimonials can help, but do you really want Myron doing the testifying?
Since prospective customers know that they will be doing their trading with you through their computers, is it too much to ask that they evaluate you on the interface they will be using? To see your front-end? After all, that is how they will be doing business with you. Would you (or Myron) open an account, and send substantial sums of money to a business you can't take a look at in the format you will be interacting with them on? I doubt you would.
One question, since I may be confused. You mention the need for the approval process to end. Do you mean regulatory approval? I understood Myron to say that you have been up and running for over a year. Or are you running only at your location, and are just now geting set up for remote trading?
Thanks for popping in, and I know all look forward to more. You probably know by now that all online systems have some shortcomings, and clients switch with the snap of a finger if they find someone better. So, if you do provide a superior service, you will be successful.
