New director CME Telemetrix Inc CMET Shares issued 6,100,000 May 1 close $4.25 Mon 4 May 98 News Release Mr. Aidan Furlong reports CME Telemetrix has appointed James D. Skinner as a director to its board. Mr. Skinner is president and CEO of Xanthon, Inc., Research Triangle Park, N.C., a genomics diagnostics company, based on technology licenced from the University of North Carolina. Mr. Skinner has worked in senior management with a number of major diagnostic companies in the U.S. and has more recently participated in the start up and growth of several diagnostic, therapeutic and medical products companies. Mr. Skinner sits on several corporate boards and he has been president and CEO of three publicly traded companies.
