I doubt the IRS would use our version of the WaveMeter. Wave jointly developed their technology with The Titan Corporation and has a patent sharing agreement. The agreement gives Wave full rights to develop and implement the technology in the private sector, but Titan has exclusive rights to the government sector. Wahoograd
