TO ALL; RE NEWS; WE DID MAKE THE FRONT PAGE OF THE WASHINGTO POST BUSINESS SECTION!!! I'm surprised noone mentioned this earlier today, but we got a nice three column write-up announcing the lawsuit, and the article continues onto the next page. I can't retype the whole thing but you know the gist of it. A John M. Fedders, a solo SEC practitioner type here in DC is representing F. Huttoe. Walther is not named in the suit, SGA, SEI fo course is. Later, of course, Dow Jones did a follow up which someone posted earlier. Sounds like in about 18 months we might recover 10cents on the dollar, after attorneys fees, and now no more Johns Hopkins, that was my one saving grace in all this. Sorry, i'm out if I csan get .37-43 for my shares.
