Buzz, The new offering will be priced at or very close to market. Lajaunda is sending me a prospectus and adding my name to the underwriter's list of potential investors. I have been in this stock for nearly 4 months. I have bought the majority of my shares in the last 3 weeks. I plan to buy more shares of this stock as I liquidate other investments whether it is at the market or the 3rd offering. Thats right 3rd offering. You may know this, but the second offering was at $2.44 a year ago(wow). Hindsight.
