Consolidated Magna Ventures

This past week Consolidated Magna Ventures (CMV VSE) has reported the
addition of two new directors. The first is Javier Felix Munoz, the main shareholder of the company's joint venture partner on the Reyna de Oro. The second is Walter Tyler who has 40 years of mining experience.
We anticipate Magna completing the set up of drilling pads and roads this week with drilling to commence on the Koala Project on or about May 11th.
