Kim, I know you are out of the loop for the next 14 hours but I would like to try and clarify a very important point from your post. If I have misread your meaning or have read too much into it, please feel free to correct me when you return.

In saying that Naxos is committed to SFA for testing and proving up the property, it seems to address most specifically the issue of credibility. However, in mentioning the ongoing interest in developing and/or proving the efficacy of the J/L process or "other" processes, you seem to imply that Naxos still believes it will be possible or even likely that the final amount of PM's per ton extracted from the ore will be higher than SFA testing is showing.

I bring this up only to point out that Naxos, it would seem, is still confident that the SFA results are really a baseline and not at all the actual ore content. Otherwise, why continue with the "other" methods?

Thank you in advance for any comments or clarification.

Regards,

Tom F.
