Who did I libel, Randmiser? Is it not true that Hayton has a long history of involvement with enforcement and law enforcement actions? Isn't it reasonable, then, to assume that he might "attract" same?

I only urged prudence. Do you have a problem with that? Don't you think that if there were ANY kind of investigation (you yourself suggest that there might be a "non-formal" one, though for different reasons than I speculated) that this thread would be examined? Are you aware of the fact that the SEC does monitor these threads, and has an automated system in place that reads EVERY comment of EVERY thread on SI?

I'm not trying to bash anyone here in this regard. I know that most of the people here are ordinary folk who've bought a few shares of NETZ because they honestly believe it is a good investment. (Not saying that there aren't a few hypsters whose motives are less pure, but I do feel that MOST are just ordinary folk.) I've seen some foolish statements made here, though, and I really would hate to see people get caught in the middle of an investigation because they didn't fully understand insider trading rules.

Do you disagree? Would you instead urge people to post "secret" non-public information?
