* Since going public in 96 at 3.50/share the stock has tumbled to 0.50 on Friday
04/01/98. Friday's volume was 190K shares. Last Q estimate was -0.07/sh and actual was + 0.01/sh
* As per their last press release ( April 30, 1998) "The Company also noted that the
divestiture of its retail business, announced in January, remains on schedule. The final
steps of the transition are scheduled to be completed by May 1." The CEO added
"The successful completion of this transaction will enable us to focus our energies
solely on growing our clinical nutrition business. We are taking steps intended to
sustain and bolster the growth that our clinical division experienced throughout the
past year.
* The company looks likes its turning around, focusing on its core business. Sales were
up 56% during the last quarter. The company has a bout $ .20 cash on hand, which
will increase with the sale of its retail operations. PR due out this week.
* Company is currently selling for the value of Cash on hand.

Desc. The Company develops and sells nutrition products marketed as cost-effective,
generic alternatives to equivalent national brand products. Initial development
focused on branded generic formulas for the critical care nutrition market.
These products are sold to hospitals and other health care facilities to feed
critically ill patients who cannot consume adequate nutrients orally and
consequently require specialized feeding via tubes into the intestinal tract. As of
