Dear Stephan: We had a 3 for 2 stock split. that accounts for most of the price difference. Also, the past few trading days interest in the Y2k stocks has diminished. Note the very low volume last couple of trading days on SYNT. IMRS also has retreated. May stagnate until something triggers renewed interest. Under worst case scenario suppose we might have to wait until next earnings report draws near. JDN
