Sorry to butt in. I think that the forms are sent in a paper version to the SEC first, then scanned in for EDGAR. OCR being what it is, I'm sure that they are rechecked for accuracy. I am sure that on a slow day a simple form could be up in hours, but this particular form, especially for a first time filing, is some 300 pages+ I think. I just checked, and already there are 152 filings put online since this morning. Jin
