OK guys...5th request...can somebody comment on the Investor package? Glenn was referring to financials! You said:>>>Glenn was not speaking about financial info,<<
Well, in the interest of disclosing what was said, (besides, I have Never been called a manipulator before joining the "zealots" on this board) here are the e-mails, first mine (that's to Glenn) >>>Subj: Fwd: PNLK Date: 5/1/98 8:57:41 AM Eastern Daylight Time From: Xclently To: Zagoren
PNLK is very short on facts....Doesn't look good when there isn't full disclosure...that post on SI was quoting Taylor, who probably didn't understand the question. She finally read the Sept. 22 release about the reverse merger, but I still don't understand where the financing is coming from.
I don't usually invest in non-reporting companies, and frankly, my patience is wearing thin...The stock cannot sustain this price on a concept...we need to know how some price factors...what is cost basis for the insiders stock...how much money has gone into the site, how much does it cost for proxicom to set up and maintain it, and how many customers do you need to break even?
Is that too much to ask...I noticed you didn't reply to my message (BTW, somebody said they spoke to you and that the insider shares are restricted til sept 22 '98)
I am excited at the concept of the business...In order to be an investor, though, I need some facts! (This feeling is shared by many)
At $1, I was willing to buy the concept...at $3, I need facts to invest...
Thanks and best wishes, Peter<<<
And the response from Glenn: Subj: Re: Fwd: PNLK Date: 5/2/98 6:16:13 AM Eastern Daylight Time From: Zagoren To: Xclently
Peter, I will have all of your questions answered by Monday after I speak to the Accountants. Thank you for your support. Glenn Zagoren<<<
Now, that being said, I really don't care what any of you who are blindly in love with this issue think of my comments...I was promised answers by Mr Zagoren, who joined our forum to help answer our questions...I fully expect him to live up to his commitment, although I would not be surprised if they delay the release of the financials. I wish you all the best of luck and assure you that I don't have a short position. I have bought "puts" in the past, but have never shorted any equity... PNLK could be almost anything...outstanding, great, fair, average, poor or otherwise...all I want is to know what part of the company PNLK shareholders own...IS that such an awful thing to ask?
