I am sure you are aware that my concern was if this trade was a violation of insider trading rules, then maybe we shouldn't be expecting a major announcement in the near future. But, what you are saying about the stock incentive program makes sense. Also, I talked to one of our Business Development lawyers about the situation. He made the point that there wouldn't even be any reason to think about insider trading rule violations unless Bramson turned around and sold the stock right after a major announcement. I am sure his intent is to hold onto his investment for quite some time; like till it gets into the $20's or $30's! Thanks, --Wayne--
